Our Travel Planner Services work with you on all transportation and transfers, both air and ground, to assure smooth and swift movements throughout the trip. We make sure that all options have been considered and the most efficient and effective transport has been selected.
A smooth arrival and departure process is a key element to the success of any program. Our uniformed professional staff will meet and greet the group with your company signs and logos and escort you to any of the wide range capacity vehicles of your selection. At the airports, our staff meets, procures and pays porters, escorts luggage and guests onto their designated vehicles. Depending on the group size, we utilize motor coaches, mini coaches, Mini vans or Aruban sedans for the actual transfer to and from the airport and the resort.
For departures, the ECO DMS staff is based at the hotel and the airport. Our primary duty at the property is to assist your guests on to the vehicles and to communicate with our airport staff to ensure the departing guests will be received and assisted to their designated airline counters.
