Your shipment will arrive in Aruba within 2 to 3 working days. If packages are scheduled to arrive over the weekend, you must specify weekend delivery. Please state on all documents that customs clearance may be done ONLY by ECO Destination Management Services of Aruba. ECO Custom Brokerage Department will guarantee delivery of your amenities on time.
Prior to arrival of shipments to Aruba, the invoice with complete description and value of each item, along with a copy of the airway bill and number, must be sent via fax to ECO DMS ARUBA. This will enable us to prepare customs clearance immediately and have the merchandise delivered to your hotel prior to the group’s arrival.
