ECO DMS has a variety of creative teambuilding events that will excite and energize your group, whether you require a short or longer program, for smaller or large groups, land or sea-based – we have it all!
FUN IN THE SUN BEACH OLYMPICS
To motivate, challenge and bring the team together, beach Olympics couldn’t be a better solution, especially on the sunny beaches of Aruba! Client's theme, product "key" words, etc. can be incorporated into the script to heighten that special feeling of team spirit. Our energetic staff will guide your group through an unforgettable and exhilarating time of healthy sport and good fun.
THE AMAZING RACE
The Amazing Race sends teams on a trek around Aruba, each team completing in a series of challenges. When each task has been completed team members learn of their next destination. The journey begins at the hotel and takes the teams throughout the island without missing any of its notable landmarks.
BOAT BUILDING COMPETITION
Everyone builds his own boat in a boat-building competition "RICHETTY RACHETY, RAFTY REGATTA". This is not only a hilarious event but also an ADVENTURE that no one will ever forget. Location is the beachfront of your host hotel.
UP, UP, AND AWAY KITE BUILDING COMPETITION
Large ones! Small ones! Exquisite ones! Humble ones! For hundreds of years in many cultures, people of all ages flew kites. This activity is a fantastic way to get your guests working together towards a common goal – making sure their fantastic kite art work can actually fly.
This is a colorful and fun-filled competition.
SANDCASTLE BUILDING COMPETITION
Guests truly love this opportunity to ‘get down and dirty’ and dig in the sand constructing magnificent sand creations with their own hands. We provide them with buckets, shovels, flags and a few other supplies to assist teams with stirring their imaginations. It’s a true WOW experience!
DRUM ROLLING
ECO’S Marvelous Mark will rock your evening into an explosive frenzy of expectation, enthusiasm, networking, and teambuilding with 75 to 90 minutes of 'Jump Start.' Customized to reflect and support your company’s theme, goals and expectations. Mark will set the tone and pace of the evening with his Rhythms In Business presentation. Each attendee will be given a pair of customized drumsticks with the company name on it.
LEGO BUILDING
A line of imaginative toys featuring colorful plastic bricks, gears, mini-figures and other pieces Legos can be assembled to create models of almost anything imaginable. Cars, planes, trains, buildings, castles, sculptures, ships, spaceships and even working robots are just a few of the many things that can be made. High production quality and careful attention to detail ensures that Lego pieces can fit together in a myriad of ways, which are tailored to fit the company’s ultimate goals and objectives.
