Monica
Nucete, Sales Account Manager, was born in
Miami and was raised in Aruba but has lived in many countries,
including Ecuador, Granada, Israel, Norway, Venezuela and
the US. She is a graduate of the University of Florida
and moved to Miami in 2005 when she began working in a
dental office. In 2006, she began her career with ECO DMS.

Dalila Marti-Dabian,born in Aruba, joined ECO DMS in 2006 as Group & Reservations Manager. Previously, she worked with Radisson Aruba Resort & Casino as Sales Coordinator and Group Convention Coordinator. Her professional experience has afforded her exceptional skills in the areas of sales and marketing, office management and destination management over the span of 10 years she has been working with groups.

Jazmin
Willems, Group Coordinator was born in Aruba
and previously worked with De Palm Tours and a local medical
office before joining the ECO DMS team in 2005. Her responsibilities
include assisting with the Meet & Greet staff, purchasing
for groups' needs and working in the administrative aspects
of each group’s program.

Teofilo
Hernandis, Warehouse Manager since 1992,
was born in Aruba, and is responsible for the props, décor
and set-up of the various venues. Teofilo started with
ECO as a driver and since then, his creative abilities
have flourished. His tremendous talents are apparent at
all of ECO’s events, when he surprises us with his decorative
flair and unique touch.

Salome
Folks, Administrative Manager, was born in
Jamaica and brings extensive business experience and personal
development skills to her job at ECO DMS. Her previous
responsibilities in a manufacturing company included public
relations and operations. She is a 1996 graduate of the
Aruba Business College and joined the ECO team in 1997
as Hospitality Desk Hostess. She was then promoted to her
present position due to her attention to detail and commitment
to personal service.
