Magali
Meza-Guzman, General Manager, born and raised
in Quito, Ecuador where she received her degree in computer
science. She joined ECO DMS as an administrative assistant
in 1991 when she relocated to Aruba and was promoted to
several positions within the company for her excellent
work over the next seven years. From 1999 to 2006, Magali
worked for another tourism-related business in Aruba, handling
revenue and sales in the cruise, leisure and meetings markets.
She rejoined ECO DMS in early 2007 as General Manager.

Ruben
Mannes, Director of Sales & Marketing joined
ECO DMS in 2006. He is a native of Suriname and spent some
of his earlier years in Aruba, including his attendance
at the Aruba School of Hospitality Management, where he
received an Associate Degree in Hospitality Management
in 1983. He also received a BS Degree in Hospitality Management
at Florida International University in 1988. From 1987 – 1991,
he worked in Food & Beverage at the Park Central Hotel
on Miami Beach, then returned to Aruba in 1991 to join
the Hyatt Regency Aruba as Assistant Restaurant Manager.
From 1993 – 2004, he worked for De Palm Tours in
Aruba as its DMC Manager.

Glenda
Henricus, Director of Operations since 1993,
was born in Aruba and studied in Holland. She started her
career as an account supervisor for a hardware company
but soon realized she preferred the tourism industry and
spent the next five years as sales assistant at the Hyatt
Regency Aruba. Looking for a new challenge, she joined
the team at Eco DMS as account executive, and was then
promoted to director of operations in recognition of her
excellent work with our clients.

Patricia
Tromp, Group Manager is a native of Aruba
and started with Eco DMC as an Administrative Assistant
in 2004. After she demonstrated her excellent customer
service skills, she was promoted to Group Manager in 2005.
Patricia started her career as a flight attendant for the
former ALM Antillean Airline. She also worked in Passenger
Handling, a position she held until ALM ceased operations
and then worked for Air Aruba in several capacities. Following
the closure of Air Aruba, Patricia worked the Aruba Tourism
Authority.

Anneke
Leverock - Group Manager was born and educated
in Aruba and began her work experience at Divi Aruba Resort.
She then moved to the Netherlands where she attended Leidse
Institute. After returning to Aruba, she took courses in
costumer service and public relations, studied languages
and worked as the manger of a local car rental agency.
She then began her career at ECO DMS in 2002 as a hospitality
desk manager. Due to Anneke's excellent work, she was promoted
to Group Manager in 2005.
